Highlights $20.00 – $30.00 DOE Temp-to-perm opportunities Full-time Responsibilities: Demonstrate ownership of the company’s core values. Work collaboratively as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently. Comply with all safety standards and maintain awareness of jobsite surroundings. Set and align concrete forms to the required pitch, depth, and specifications. Inspect concrete forms to ensure proper construction and stability. Spread, level, and smooth concrete using rakes, shovels, hand and power trowels, screeds, and floats. Monitor environmental conditions (wind, heat, cold) and adjust processes to ensure proper concrete curing. Produce rough concrete surfaces using a broom finish. Form expansion joints and edges using edging tools, jointers, and straightedges. Clean chipped or uneven concrete areas using wire brushes and visual/tactile inspection. Apply hardening and sealing compounds to cure, waterproof, or restore concrete surfaces.
