In this role, you will guide clients through every stage of the real estate journey, including buying, selling, and investing. Using your knowledge of the market and industry expertise, you will assess opportunities, offer strategic advice, and help clients make confident decisions that support their real estate objectives.
Responsibilities - Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
- Assist with contract to close tasks such as attending the home inspection
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
