General Manager / Automotive

RNR Tire Express is looking for a self-motivated, experienced leader to join our team as a full-time General Manager / Automotive . If you have strong leadership skills, enjoy working with people, and are motivated by sales and team success, this could be an excellent opportunity for you!

Vacation schedule: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, and 3 weeks after 7 years.

Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Ability to pass a background check prior to hire
• Availability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods

Your Role as General Manager

As a General Manager, you’ll play a key role in the success of your store. You’ll be responsible for the overall direction, leadership, motivation, coordination, and performance of the location.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing employees
• Leading a team of approximately 8–12 employees
• Setting and achieving monthly sales goals
• Driving store profitability and maximizing sales
• Leading by example and meeting your own sales objectives
• Managing accounting, service, and collection activities
• Maintaining accurate inventory
• Delegating tasks and responsibilities to your team
• Ensuring operational standards are consistently met
• Providing an outstanding customer experience
• Maintaining a positive, family-oriented team environment
